Share photos before the visit, arrange safe access, and secure pets. Agree how you will review the work and how any marks that remain will be documented. Repair recommendations and stain treatment may require a new scope.

Does exterior cleaning include the inside of the window?
Not unless it is listed. Interior glass, screens, and tracks should be separately identified in the agreed scope.
Will every spot disappear?
Not necessarily. Deposits, scratches, coating damage, and moisture inside an insulated unit can look similar from a distance but need different responses.
