Quote requests are not service contracts

Services and independent providers

Good Neighbor Property Care coordinates property-care projects and may arrange for or work with independent service providers or subcontractors. Any regulated trade service is performed by the appropriately licensed contractor identified in the written quote or agreement, as required by law.

Service availability and final scope depend on the property, site conditions, provider availability, and the written terms you approve.

Offers and promotions

Promotions may be limited by date, location, availability, service type, project size, or other stated conditions. Unless an offer expressly says otherwise, discounts apply only to the identified portion of the service, cannot be combined with other offers, and have no cash value. The final written quote will identify any discount that applies.

Website information
