A brighter season.
One less thing on your list.

Christmas light installation, coordinated through Good Neighbor. Tell us how you want your property to look, and we will help confirm a practical layout, the right provider, and a clear quote.

Start with the look.
Agree on the details.

A simple roofline, an entrance, or an outdoor gathering area can each call for a different approach. Share the parts of the property you have in mind, any inspiration, and your preferred timing. We review feasibility and access before the plan is finalized.

You keep one Good Neighbor contact for the conversation, scheduling, and follow-through. The assigned provider, work included, and price are confirmed before installation.

A good quote answers more than “how much?”

Ask who supplies the lights, which areas are included, how installation will suit the surfaces, and what happens if weather affects the appointment. Discuss any existing electrical concerns with the provider; lighting installation should not be treated as an electrical repair.

Agree in advance on removal timing and whether storage or return visits are included or separately quoted. Clear expectations now make the end of the season easier too.

For planning, describe the property from the ground. Leave elevated access and electrical assessment to appropriately qualified professionals.

Common questions

How much does Christmas light installation cost?

The quote depends on the areas you want decorated, roofline height and access, the condition and source of the lights, and the proposed layout. We review those details before confirming the price. Installation labor and any other quoted items should be clearly separated so you can see exactly what the promotion covers.

Can I use lights I already own?

Let us know what you have and include photos or product information. Suitability, condition, compatibility, and whether customer-supplied lights can be used are confirmed before scheduling. Do not buy additional lights on the assumption that every product will fit the proposed installation.

Are lights, takedown, and storage included?

Do not assume they are included in installation. Your written quote should explain who supplies and owns the lights, any material charges, whether removal is included, and any storage arrangement. The advertised 50% discount applies to installation labor, not automatically to these other items.

When should I request an installation date?

Request a quote before your preferred decorating date and share any event or holiday deadline. Availability, weather, access, and the agreed scope affect scheduling. A preferred date on the request form is not a confirmed appointment.

Can you help with a storefront or commercial property?

Send the location, property type, areas to be decorated, access restrictions, and any property-management requirements. Commercial requests are reviewed individually for scope, provider fit, and availability; not every building or installation is suitable.

Do I need to prepare anything before the visit?

Once the work is agreed, arrange access, secure pets, and keep the agreed work areas clear. Tell us about building restrictions and known electrical or access concerns. Take planning photos from ground level; you do not need to climb onto a roof or ladder to request a quote.
